Rules for the Club Carlson Visa Program & Benefits ("Card Benefit Program")
By using your Club Carlson Visa credit card account ("Account"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Card Benefit Program rules as published in the Benefit Guide. These Card Benefit Program rules are in addition and subject to additional terms and restrictions as set forth in the Cardmember Agreement ("Agreement") and the Club Carlson Program Terms and Conditions. The creditor and issuer of this Card is U.S. Bank National Association ("U.S. Bank," "we," "us," and "our"), pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.
Club Carlson Program: The primary Cardmember (for Business Reward Accounts, the Cardmember who executed the application for credit) must be a Club Carlson member and the Cardmember's name must match the name on the Club Carlson account. A primary Cardmember (for Business Reward Accounts, the Cardmember who executed the application for credit) who is not an existing Club Carlson member at the time of Account application will be enrolled in the Club Carlson program as part of the Account application. Gold Points from separately enrolled Accounts may not be combined into one Club Carlson account.
For Business Reward Accounts, Gold Points may be earned by both the business owner (who executed the application for credit) and employees and will be pooled to one Gold Points balance at the Business level. The business owner will have the sole authority to redeem the pooled Gold Points. Except with respect to Gold Points earned on Accounts issued to one or more employees that are pooled to the Business level, Gold Points from separately enrolled Accounts may not be combined onto one Club Carlson account. All Card benefits are available solely for the business owner.
Club Carlson participation, including the earning and redeeming of Gold Points and all other membership benefits and features are subject to the Club Carlson Terms and Conditions and privacy policy available at clubcarlson.com/termsandconditions. Specific benefits and services offered at individual hotels may vary, may not be available at all hotels and are subject to change. Free award nights (with no blackout dates) are for standard rooms only, are subject to availability, and the number of Gold Points required vary based on the applicable hotel category for hotel requested.
If there is any abuse of the Card Benefit Program, failure to follow the Card Benefit Program rules, or any misrepresentation by you, all Gold Point balances, including any Gold Points not yet transferred to Club Carlson, may be forfeited without liability to you, no additional Gold Points shall accumulate, and any other Card Benefit Program benefits may be immediately discontinued. We reserve the right to approve, deny or revoke participation in the Card Benefit Program to any individual for any reason whatsoever.
1 Earning Gold Points: For Club Carlson Premier Rewards Visa Signature or Business Rewards Visa Card (“Card”) you will earn 10 Gold Points (6 Gold Points for Rewards Visa Signature and Platinum Rewards) for each dollar ($1 USD) of Net Purchases on your Account at any participating hotels where ““Radisson Blu”, “Radisson”, “Park Plaza”, “Park Inn by Radisson”, “Park Inn”, or “Country Inns & Suites By Carlson” appears as part of the merchant identified on your monthly statement. You will receive 5 Gold Points (3 Gold Points for Rewards Visa Signature and Platinum Rewards) for each dollar ($1 USD) of Net Purchases on your Account elsewhere. U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business and reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify for earning Gold Points. "Net Purchases" means purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized user on your Account minus any returns or refunds. We will not award Gold Points for Advances (as defined in the Agreement, including wire transfers, travelers checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, lottery tickets and ATM disbursements), convenience checks, balance transfers, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, overdraft advances, interest charges, and fees, credit insurance charges, transactions to fund certain prepaid card products, U.S. Mint purchases, or transactions to purchase cash convertible items, or if your Account is in Default, past due or closed. Gold Points earned on Net Purchases are transferred to your Club Carlson account within 6 to 8 weeks after they appear on your billing statement.

2 New Account Bonus: You will earn the one-time First Purchase Bonus of 50,000 Gold Points, when you first make a purchase with your card within 90 days after your Account was opened. You may earn an additional one-time Spend Bonus of 35,000 Gold Points (Premier Rewards Visa Signature and Business Rewards) or 10,000 Gold Points (Rewards Visa Signature and Platinum Rewards) if you spend at least $2,500 in Net Purchases (Premier Rewards Visa Signature and Business Rewards) or $1,500 in Net Purchases (Rewards Visa Signature and Platinum Rewards) on your Card within 90 days after your Account was opened. "Net Purchases" means purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized user on your Account minus any returns or refunds. Once you qualify for either the First Purchase Bonus or the Spend Bonus (collectively referred to as a “New Account Bonus”), please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the Gold Points to appear in your Club Carlson account. Neither New Account Bonus is available to applicants who have had this Card or another Club Carlson credit card product within the last 12 months. If your Account is not open for at least 6 months, Club Carlson and U.S. Bank reserve the right to deduct the New Account Bonus Gold Points from your Club Carlson account.

3 Bonus Award Night: When you redeem Gold Points for Award Nights of two or more consecutive nights at the same participating Carlson Rezidor hotel property, you will receive the last of the Award Nights of that stay free without deduction of any Gold Points from your Club Carlson account (“Bonus Award Night”). Your Account must be open and reservation must be in the Club Carlson member’s name and use the member number associated with your Account to be eligible for the Bonus Award Night. The Bonus Award Night offer is available only on advance reservations for Award Nights paid in full with Gold Points and is not valid with standard paid reservations or Points + Cash redemption reservations. Only one Bonus Award Night will be available for a stay of two or more consecutive nights at the same hotel (early checkout with one night stay not eligible), regardless of the total length of stay, the total number of reservations or the number of check-in/check-outs, is subject to availability and all other terms and conditions and cancellation policies regarding Award Nights apply. Does not apply to additional reservations booked as contiguous stays at the same hotel. Only one room per reservation, per hotel for an Award Stay will be eligible to receive the Bonus Award Night offer. Maximum fifty (50) Bonus Award Nights per calendar year per member with an open Account (“Annual Maximum”). If a reservation with a Bonus Award Night is subject to a cancellation penalty, the Bonus Award Night from that reservation will count against the Annual Maximum. A Bonus Award Night has no Gold Point or cash value and cancellations involving a Bonus Award Night will not result in the credit of any additional Gold Points in your Club Carlson account.

4 Complimentary Elite Status: After opening your Account and making your first purchase with the Card, you will qualify for Gold Elite status (Premier Rewards Visa Signature and Business Rewards) or Silver Elite Status (Rewards Visa Signature and Platinum Rewards) in the Club Carlson Program. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after the date of the first purchase to receive your Gold or Silver Elite Club Carlson membership card and information. You will continue to maintain Gold or Silver Elite status so long as your Account remains open and in good standing. Complimentary Gold or Silver Elite status earned through the Card Benefit Program does not waive the full number of stays or nights required for Concierge (Premier Rewards Visa Signature and Business Rewards) or Gold (Rewards Visa Signature and Platinum Rewards) Elite status and you must earn Concierge or Gold Elite status in accordance with the Club Carlson Program Terms and Conditions to be eligible for higher elite status.
